Apollo AI Refunds and Fake "Back Online" Texts: What to Do

How buyers report getting money back through BuyGoods, and how to spot phishing messages.

By the Apollo AI Buyer's Guide team · Updated September 25, 2026

Many Apollo AI buyers say they lost access in September 2026 and could not reach support. Here is what people report worked for getting money back, and how to avoid a second trap.

Step 1: Find your order details

Search your email for the BuyGoods receipt. Note the order number, the date, the amount and the email you used.

Step 2: Contact BuyGoods directly

BuyGoods processed the payment. One buyer on Trustpilot says a phone call got her charges found and a full refund confirmed within days. Use only contact details from your real receipt or the official BuyGoods website.

Step 3: Use your card or PayPal if needed

If the retailer does not help, ask your card issuer or PayPal for a chargeback. Explain that the service stopped working or was not as advertised, and share your order details.

Step 4: Watch out for "back online" messages

  • Buyers report texts claiming Apollo AI has a new site and asking them to log in.
  • Do not tap the link or enter your email, password or card details.
  • Forward scam texts to 7726 (SPAM), then delete them.
  • If you reused your password elsewhere, change it now.

Step 5: Report it

File a report at reportfraud.ftc.gov and, if money was lost online, at ic3.gov. Reports help others. You can also read what other buyers say on our reviews page.
